Wingman ("the Service") is an AI-powered flight planning assistant accessible via WhatsApp. The Service provides information about VFR routes, waypoints, airports, weather conditions, and airspace data for aviation purposes in Romania.

The Service is designed to assist pilots in pre-flight planning and should be used as a supplementary tool alongside official aviation publications and briefings.

2. User Responsibilities

By using this Service, you agree to:

• Verify all flight-critical information through official sources (AIP, NOTAMs, official weather services)
• Use the Service only as a planning aid, not as the sole source of navigation or flight information
• Maintain responsibility for all flight decisions as Pilot in Command
• Not use the Service for commercial aviation operations without proper verification
• Provide accurate information when querying the Service

3. Information Accuracy

While we strive to provide accurate and up-to-date information, the Service relies on various data sources that may contain errors or become outdated. Aviation data, including but not limited to waypoints, frequencies, airspace boundaries, and weather information, is subject to change.
